I ordered the Indiana jones costume for my 6 yr old son for book week & it was delivered the next working day. He absolutely loved it, to the point of wearing it all weekend! Great service & quality & well worth the smiles it has brung to my boys face. Thanks costume direct!"

It was very disappointing to find that the material of the fan-like pattern on the mermaid-tail had stuck to the PVC plastic bag containing the costume. It was impossible to remove the costume without the fan-like pattern ripping off the tail since it was stuck to the inside of the PVC plastic bag. The fan-like pattern that was meant to be on the tail is now stuck to the inside of the PVC plastic bag. My six year old is very disappointed to say the least. We are hence not happy with this purchase."

Response : Sorry about this, we get the costumes in from the manufacturer and have no control over problems like this. We can offer you a discount or if you would like to return the costume we can give you a refund.
