We ship to New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore etc. Air Mail delivery usually take 3-7 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items ordered. For orders under 500g $20, 1kg $30, 2kg $40. Please contact us for exact shipping charges.

How does receiving my order work?
We send your order with Australia Post Express service. This enables speedy and reliable delivery so you can get your order as soon as possible.
The parcel will be left at your specified address by the Australia Post delivery service. You do not have to be at home to receive your parcel.
Can I pick up my order and save on postage?
Yes!
You can pick up your order (from 1 day to 1 week after your order is placed) from our retail shop All Costumes Great and Small : 33 Redleaf Ave, Wahroonga, NSW, 2076
When making your order, please fill in the All Costumes Great and Small address (above) in the Shipping Address, and in the 'Notes' section (the page after you are asked for Shipping Address) enter the following text : "PICK UP FROM ALL COSTUMES GREAT AND SMALL ON __(date you will pick the order up)__",
This will ensure we do not post the items to you and upon pickup we shall refund the cost of postage you may have incurred.
I have only received part of my order. Why?
Occasionally Costume Direct will send parts of your order separately.
Our Wrap’n’Ride kids animal costumes and Mascot Adult Animal costumes will be sent from different warehouses, which may result in slightly slower delivery.
Additional shipping time is noted in the Product Descriptions.
If your order needs to be shipped from different places you will not incur any additional postage expense as a result.
Delivery policy
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering.
If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Every effort is made to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
We keep tracking numbers of every order sent. If you experience delays receiving your order please contact us.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?:
You can pay for your order using Visa Card, Master Card or by using PayPal. Our shopping cart is secured by Secure Pay. We also accept direct debit, cheque, or money orders - if you are paying by one of these methods please advise us in the 'Notes' section of your order, and be aware that we are unable to send the order until we recieve the cheque/money order or the direct debit amount, which may take a few days depending on your bank. You may want to contact us for additional details.
What details will I need to provide for payments?
When proceeding through the checkout, you will need to provide us with:
1. Name, e-mail, password
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Visa/Master/Paypal details. Alternatively you can send us a Cheque or Money order for payment or direct debit.
