Enduring popular, the Superheroes genre is packed with baddie-busting heroes and scheming super villains. From the pages of the comic book to the cinema screen to a party near you, there’s no doubt that the Superheroes and Villains theme is here to stay.

For those of us that love the retro styling, the classic Superhero and Villains costumes are irresistible. Patrol the Gotham streets on a dark night as Batman. On that note, there’s also Batgirl & Catwoman, Steer clear of the Kryptonite when you dress up as Clark Kent in a Superman Costume. The awesomeness continues with heroes like Buzz Lightyear, The Power Rangers, Super girl, Wonder Woman The Flash, Titan Cyborg or Titan Raven.

There’s heaps of heroes and villains to hit our streets in recent movie releases. I’m thinking Kickass, Tron, Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, and the Green Lantern.

For those with destructive tendencies, the Villains costumes are always frighteningly fun. Perhaps the most popular villains costume is the Joker (in the style of the 2008 Batman, Dark Knight movie). With signature laugh and crazed persona, the Joker costume looks particularly effective with facial paint applied. For those less enthused about the idea of facepaint, Joker masks are available too. Another of Batman's arch-enemies, the seductive and deadly Poison Ivy is also available.

Other villains include Voldemort and Death Eater costumes (I don’t think you could quite classify Harry Potter as a Superhero), Cruella De Vil, Darth Maul, Darth Vader, Various Vampires, the Predator, Calibos (from Clash of the Titans), an Immortal (from 300), Freddy Kreuger, Leatherface & Jason.
