Wizard of Oz - Scarecrow Girls Tutu Costume

“I’ll be clever as a gizzard!’’ You don’t need a brain to know she loves The Wizard of Oz. She sings and dances to all of the songs and loves clicking her heels three times, so will love this costume which features a green bodice with puffed sleeves and strips of yellow tulle to resemble hay on the sleeves, and a printed stalk of hay down the front, and a brown tutu with more strips of yellow tulle. It also comes complete with a green pointy hat on a headband.
